Role Overview:
We are seeking a Delivery Manager who is responsible for end-to-end delivery of
product implementations for healthcare technology solutions.



This role owns
implementation project management, client coordination, and cross-functional
execution, ensuring that customer implementations are delivered on time, with
clarity, quality, and minimal friction.
The Delivery Manager acts as the single point of coordination between customers
and internal teams including Business Analysts, Tech Implementation Specialists
and other stakeholders. While the role does not require deep technical
expertise, it requires a strong understanding of product workflows and
implementation processes to effectively manage delivery and respond to customer
queries.

Key Responsibilities:
