The Operations Manager/Head is responsible for overseeing the organization's day-to-day operations and ensuring the seamless execution of projects from initiation to final handover. This role drives operational excellence by managing workflows, resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities :-
Operations Management:
Oversee the complete operational workflow from project initiation to final handover.
Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and processes to improve efficiency.
Ensure effective collaboration across departments to meet project timelines.
Monitor daily operations and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across the organization.
Project Coordination & Execution
Monitor all ongoing projects from planning through completion.
Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Site Execution, and Project Management teams.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Review project schedules and conduct regular progress meetings.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary escalation point for key clients.
Maintain regular communication regarding project progress and milestones.
Attend client meetings, review meetings, and site visits as required.
Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Procurement & Vendor Management
