Job Description

Lead Regional Operational Implementation

Spearhead the regional engagement and successful implementation of the D365 system across all operational areas (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, service delivery), ensuring the system effectively supports and enhances regional operational processes.
Cross-Functional Operational Integration

Collaborate closely with relevant regional functional leads (e.g., Finance, Sales) to ensure the people, process, and business elements of the D365 migration are seamlessly integrated and delivered within the region's operational context
Key Operational Liaison

Serve as the primary communication and coordination link between the core D365 deployment team,



regional operational change champions, senior regional business stakeholders, and operational end-users, ensuring explicit understanding and alignment.
Operational Change Advocacy

Actively drive and advocate for the business change within regional operations, championing new ways of working and processes that align with the D365 system to maximise operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Operational Data Validation Oversight

Ensure that local operational leadership and managers are fully engaged in and accountable for the data validation process, guaranteeing the accuracy and integrity of critical operational data within D365
Regional Operational Change Champion Network

Identify, appoint, and empower a network of regional Change Champions within operational teams to support user adoption, provide peer-to-peer guidance, and facilitate the transition to the new system.
