We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Trustee and Fiduciary Services.
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain strong knowledge of fiduciary administrative tasks, staying current with onshore jurisdiction procedure changes.
Design and analyse MI requirements and tracking mechanisms to reflect current activities and measure team performance accurately.




Ensure business data requirements are completed correctly, with statistics/reports/returns delivered to management within agreed timelines.
Drive process standardisation by sharing best practices to improve cost effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Set, monitor, and achieve productivity and quality targets to optimise resourcing and meet customer SLAs.
Lead customer-centric quality campaigns, proactively identifying issues, resolving root causes, and preventing recurrence through corrective actions.
Act as the first escalation point for business partners, maintaining strong relationships and identifying service improvement opportunities.
Ensure client packs/valuations are delivered on time and to quality standards, with additional focus on priority/strategic clients.
Strengthen operational controls by establishing checkpoints, reviewing exceptions/errors, implementing procedural changes, and completing risk assessments/BCP reviews.
