Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oracle Fusion HCM modules and will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting our HCM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules according to best practices.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and assist with the change management process.
- Stay updated with Oracle Fusion HCM updates and enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications




- 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Compensation Management.
- Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools related to Oracle applications.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions and integration techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
