We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our engineering team and help design, build, and maintain a scalable microservices platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on backend engineer with strong Java expertise, system design skills, and experience delivering secure, high-quality backend services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for a large-scale microservices platform.
- Translate business and application requirements into technical solutions.
- Build secure, reliable, and high-performance RESTful APIs and message-driven services.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and client-facing teams.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of backend development experience with Java (preferably Java 17+).




- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot 3.x.
- Experience with Spring Data MongoDB.
- Spring Security with OAuth2/JWT.
- Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Message-driven architecture.
- Gradle multi-module builds.
- Docker containerization.
- Unit testing using JUnit/TestNG with Mockito.
- Cloud experience (preferably Azure).
- Solid communication and client interaction skills.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.

Nice to Have
- Flutter/Dart or other mobile development experience.
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Knowledge of Lombok, Thymeleaf, and OpenTelemetry.
