Gate Security:Manage effective gate control as per manual for securing the Plant property and employeesManpower Management:-Ensure the Security Service provider is providing the Security staff to the Plant as required without any shortageOthers:Liaisoning with local and Government officials, Police and Fire & Rescue services through regular meetingsCreate agreements, Purchase Orders and bills and ensure timely processing of the samePrepare and submit reports in a timely mannerBasic fire safety knowledgeHealth checks of fire fighting system (Regular inspection and audits)Contractor (AMC & Security) management for fire protection equipmentAMC reports observations consolidation and closureEmergency drillsConduct trainings on Fire fightingMaterial Gate Operations:Raw material, finished goods and Packing Material Vehicle movements and ensuring compliancesRecording and Tracking of returnable and non-returnable gate pass.Competencies
