Position overview
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Technology Manager to lead our Synthesis & Analytical Sciences laboratory in Mumbai, India. Reporting to the APAC R&D; Director, this leadership role is responsible for shaping the innovation strategy, driving technology advancement, and delivering commercially successful solutions that support long-term business growth.
As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will lead a multidisciplinary R&D; organization, transforming customer insights and market opportunities into innovative products and technologies. You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Global R&D; teams to accelerate innovation, strengthen technical capabilities, and ensure successful commercialization across the business.
