Role Summary

This individual will work on learning for the organization. They will also work from time-to-time on key projects/processes at the organization level.

Qualification: Master’s Degree in HR, from top colleges (XLRI, SIBM, SCMHRD, TISS, MDI)

Experience: 2 – 4 years of HR experience

Key responsibility:

The details of the main areas of focus are as follows
· Build the GPL Learning Academy
· End-to-end diagnostics, design, program management behavioural/managerial/leadership capability tracks
· Program management with external learning partners, vendors
Skills Required:
