Role Summary

As a Product Owner for Core Banking applications, you are an independent
contributor responsible for backlog ownership and sprint-level delivery
execution. You work closely with Product Managers, development teams, and
stakeholders to ensure that product features are delivered efficiently and
aligned to business priorities.

At this level, the focus is on:

* Execution ownership (backlog + sprint delivery)
* Requirement clarity and feature delivery
* Stakeholder collaboration (not leadership)

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Backlog Ownership (Core BP2 Expectation)

* Own and manage the product backlog for assigned modules/features
* Prioritize backlog items based on business value and guidance from Product
Management
* Ensure backlog items are refined, estimated, and sprint-ready .
* Maintain backlog transparency with stakeholders
