What you'll do
- Own our CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging.
- Build automated customer journeys for onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, win-back, and referrals.
- Create audience segments based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, engagement, and customer value.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that increase retention, repeat usage, and customer lifetime value.
- Run continuous A/B tests on messaging, timing, offers, creatives, and audience segmentation.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to launch lifecycle initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve open rates, click-through rates,



conversion, retention, and revenue.
- Develop personalization strategies using behavioral and event-based triggers.
- Own campaign calendars and ensure timely execution across all lifecycle channels.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and bring fresh ideas to improve customer engagement.

We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Retention Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
- Robust experience managing Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and preferably In-App Messaging.
- Experience building lifecycle journeys from scratch rather than only executing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of user segmentation, cohorts, customer journeys, and behavioral marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and making decisions from experiments.
- Comfortable working with product and engineering teams on event tracking and automation.
