The Role

ThoughtSpot's Procurement team is in the middle of a meaningful transformation — centralizing intake,

automating workflows, and building CFO-level visibility across spend. We're looking for a Sourcing Specialist

who thrives in a fast-moving environment, brings sharp analytical instincts, and is excited to work with

up-to-date procurement tools including AI-assisted workflows.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role with cross-functional visibility across Finance, Legal, Security,

and business stakeholders globally. You will independently manage a high-volume RFQ/PR pipeline, own

vendor relationships across indirect categories (primarily SaaS), and play an active role in driving cost savings

and process improvements. You'll be expected to hit the ground running — this role has real ownership

from day one, not a ramp-heavy support position.

What You'll Do

RFQ & PR Pipeline Management

Manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of RFQ and PR requests across indirect categories, with a primary focus on SaaS.




Lead end-to-end RFP processes — scoping requirements with stakeholders, running competitive sourcing events, and driving to award.
Ensure pipeline accuracy and SLA adherence; flag bottlenecks proactively to the Procurement Manager.

Vendor Management

Own end-to-end vendor lifecycle management — onboarding, performance tracking, and relationship maintenance.
Maintain accurate vendor master data and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements (security assessments, NDAs, insurance).
Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic vendors; over time, take ownership of QBR facilitation for your category.
Manage contract renewals — track expiration calendars, initiate renewal conversations at least 90 days in advance, and coordinate with Legal and Finance.
