Job description
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver quality candidates in a timely manner.

Prime Vendor Requirements:
- Work with prime vendor requisitions , ensuring compliance with client-specific requirements and timelines.
- Act as a liaison between the client and candidate, facilitating a smooth recruitment process.

W2 Sourcing:
- Focus on sourcing candidates for W2 roles, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with US recruitment standards.
- Work with candidates to ensure they meet the legal requirements for W2 employment.

Boolean Search Expertise:
- Use Boolean search techniques to identify and source the best-fit candidates for US IT roles across various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.

Client Collaboration:




- Engage with US-based clients to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality candidates that match the job description and client requirements.

Apex Experience (Preferred):
- Experience with Apex recruitment software is a plus for streamlining the recruiting process and managing candidate data.

Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates, providing a positive and seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients and help manage the interview and offer processes.

Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate progress, interviews, and placements in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
- Generate and share recruitment reports as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in US IT staffing , particularly with prime vendor requisitions a
