Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, addressing their queries, and promoting our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases as necessary.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets set by the management.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.




- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Strong listening skills and ability to engage with customers.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Robust problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
