Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders (sales, marketing, revenue operations) and the technology teams.
- Gather, document, and validate requirements for enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with admins, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Support the rollout of recent features, enhancements, and integrations across the Software ecosystem.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
- Help evaluate requests to ensure alignment with broader technology strategy.

Years of Experience:
- The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional experience

Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional):
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or related field.
