Skills And Competencies





8+ years of software engineering experience delivering scalable backend platforms and enterprise-grade applications
Strong expertise in Java and C#/.NET, API development, microservices, distributed systems, and modern software design practices
Experience working with relational databases, columnar storage technologies, NoSQL platforms, and cloud-native architectures
Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, scalability, performance optimization, and reliability engineering
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence architectural decisions
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills within highly distributed engineering organizations

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
