Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with robust expertise in industrial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for client billing, subcontractor billing, quantity verification, measurement certification, reconciliation, and coordination with project execution teams to ensure timely preparation and submission of invoices and payment certifications.
The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, contract conditions, measurement standards, and industrial project execution processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process RA bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills.Verify quantities executed at site as per approved drawings and BOQ.Coordinate with site engineers, planning team, and project managers for billing inputs.Prepare measurement sheets (MB)



and billing documentation.Track work progress and ensure timely submission of invoices.Reconcile material consumption and executed quantities.Check and certify subcontractor/vendor bills.Handle variation orders, extra item claims, and rate analysis.Maintain billing records, payment tracking, and project MIS reports.Assist in budget monitoring and cost control activities.Coordinate with accounts and contracts departments for payment follow-up.Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.Support project closeout documentation and final bill settlement.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of:BOQ & quantity surveyingIndustrial project billingRA billing processRate analysisQuantity take-offMaterial reconciliationEPC/industrial contractsProficiency in:AutoCADMS ExcelERP/SAP (preferred)Billing software toolsGood analytical and communication skills.Ability to work under project deadlines.
