Job summary & Areas of Responsibility:
Manager role in IP litigations – FTO searches & evaluation reports, identifying IP risks during pre-PIF assessment and providing IP litigation support to various stakeholders, and managing the deliverables in time with quality.
IP Landscape Preparation, FTO searches & preparing evaluation reports
IP litigation support: Provide litigation support including review of documents,
discovery and coordinate with various internal stakeholders and counsel.
Pre-PIF assessments: Preparation of prosecution summary of relevant patents, IP Summary etc.
Timely support to Portfolio, Business Development, R & D, PMO, and Regulatory teams
Current Product Opportunity Identification - based on IP scenarios
Monitoring of IP updates, Competitive Intelligence and regulatory developments
