Job Job Description:
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction programs
Handle complete employee lifecycle management (joining to exit)
Ensure a smooth and seamless employee experience

HR Operations

Provide day-to-day operational HR support
Manage HR processes including documentation, policy implementation,



and compliance
Drive and support Performance Management System (PMS) cycles

Employee Relations

Support HRBP in executing strategic HR initiatives
Ensure proactive communication and effective policy implementation
Maintain and update HRIS records
Working knowledge of SuccessFactors (preferred)

Key Skills

Strong interpersonal Skill
Proficiency in Excel and HRIS tool.

Educational Qualification

Qualification: MBA- HR /MHRM

Experience

Tenure 1-3 years of relevant experience
