About the Role

As a staff engineer for backend services at Redpin, you will be working on the
designing, creating and running the product catalogue for some of our greenfield
new products. We have a long roadmap ahead of us and rarely run out of
engaging problems to tackle.



To name some of the products we are running – we
have our own core account/payments infrastructure adapted to a variety of
customer segments such as Legal, Real Estate and Notaries.

We work in full-stack teams, grouped under common domains. As staff engineer you
will work on early engineering phases to lay the groundwork for the teams in
your area.

What You'll Do

* Own the Architecture: Define, align, and maintain the target architecture for
your domain, ensuring all services and projects follow best practices and
long-term technical vision.
* Design & Develop Systems: Build robust, scalable backend services using Java
and Spring Boot
* Build & Enhance APIs: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality APIs
powering web and mobile experiences.
* Drive Performance & Security: Ensure systems meet high standards for
performance, reliability, and security across all layers.
