Position Summary
The Inbound Logistics Representative is responsible for accurately receiving imported products into the company’s inventory management system, validating warehouse receipts against shipping documentation, maintaining import records, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. The role serves as a critical link between warehouses, import operations, accounting, brokers, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions.
Work location and working hours: Bangalore / 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST – US Support (Flexibility to align with US working hours as required.)Responsibilities will include:
• Process and receive import shipments in the SAGE inventory management system.• Verify warehouse receipts against purchase orders, shipping documents, and system records to ensure accuracy.• Record and maintain accurate inventory information, including batch numbers, lot details, quantities, and weights.• Create purchase receipts and update inventory
