About The Role
Consultants at Charles River Development (CRD) serve as
subject‑matter experts
in the implementation and upgrade of the
Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS)
. This role is critical to ensuring successful client onboarding, solution configuration, testing, training, and go‑live readiness.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business and technical requirements into robust CRIMS solutions, while providing expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. Consultants are expected to develop a solid understanding of the overall CRIMS platform, with foundational proficiency in

.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on CRIMS within implementation and upgrade projects.
- Analyze, validate, and document client business and technical requirements, providing product expertise and recommendations.
- Configure, tune, and test CRIMS workflows to meet client investment management and operational needs.
- Ensure clients are fully prepared to assume ownership of the solution following go‑live.
- Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and advise on best practices for implementation and ongoing operation.
- Support and collaborate with other Professional Services team
