What You'll Be Doing

* Own new business acquisition across SMB and Mid-Market exporters of services
(IT/ITES and other cross-border businesses).
* Build and manage a high-quality outbound pipeline through prospecting,
networking, referrals, events, and sales tools.
* Engage Founders, CXOs, and key decision-makers with compelling value
propositions and convert opportunities into long-term customers.




* Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly new customer acquisition and GMV
targets.
* Identify untapped market opportunities and help shape go-to-market strategies
for recent customer segments.
* Represent Payoneer at industry events and customer engagements to generate
demand and expand market presence.
* Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting while
driving a high-velocity sales process.

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with a strong focus
on net-new customer acquisition.
* 3+ years in payments, fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services selling
to Mid-Market businesses
* Demonstrated track record of consistently crushing outbound sales targets and
building pipeline through proactive prospecting—not just working inbound
leads.
