You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various non-IT positions within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various platforms including job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings to attract quality candidates.
