We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager- Hedge Accounting
Purpose of the role
The Regional Hedge Accounting team is responsible for end-to-end hedge accounting control tasks including but not limited to hedge designation and documentation, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and balance sheet. The team works closely with front office, financial control, reporting teams,



Change Management teams etc.
In this role, you will:
Responsible for Hedge designation, documentation and inception regression analysis.
Deal with day-to-day production issues ensuring escalation (where appropriate).
Ensure all Hedge Accounting processes were performed in line with Hedge Accounting and SOX compliances.
To ensure that all output is produced in a timely and accurate manner, within agreed SLAs.
Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Reconciliations & substantiation
Ensure Hedge Accounting ‘Controls are adhered to.
Promote continuous improvement for all activities.
To be successful you will:
Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) with at least 3+ years of experience with minimum 1 years in Treasury, Financial Control, Product Control or Global Markets environment and organization of similar scale with US GAAP, IFRS, IAS reporting framework
Knowledge of Financial Products, Valuation and Accounti
