WHAT WILL YOU DO?

* Design and develop air-cooled heat exchangers based on project requirements,
client specifications, and industry standards.
* Develop and review detailed 3D models and 2D engineering drawings with
correct GD&T.;
* Select finned tubes, headers, tube layouts, fan configurations, and
structural components based on thermal and mechanical considerations.
* Execute mechanical design calculations for components (tube thickness, header
design, vibration analysis, thermal stresses).
* Review and interpret process data sheets, PFDs/P&IDs;, and client design
parameters.
* Coordinate with process engineers on thermal requirements, air-side heat
transfer, and optimization of exchanger configuration.
* Support thermal design tools (HTRI or equivalent) during proces
