Job Title: Accounts Manager / Executive – Accounts & Finance

Role Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, statutory compliance, and supporting finance processes for real estate redevelopment and project-related transactions.
Experience Required:
• 6–7 years of total experience
• Minimum 3–4 years in Real Estate (Redevelopment preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
A. Daily Accounting & Transaction Management
• Handle daily accounting entries (payments, receipts, invoices, journal entries)
• Maintain ledgers, project-wise expenses, and petty cash
• Verify vendor bills, prepare payments & track vendor reconciliations
B. Bank & Cash Management
• Perform bank reconciliations (daily/weekly)
• Coordinate with banks for account operations, KYC, documentation
• Manage petty cash and withdrawals
• Handle bank guarantees and financial documentation
C. Statutory Compliance & Taxation
• Manage GST, TDS,



and Income Tax compliance
• Ensure adherence to statutory norms and internal policies
D. Financial Reporting & MIS
• Prepare and finalize financial statements
• Generate and analyze MIS reports
• Support monthly closing and audit documentation
E. Treasury & Debt Management
• Manage cash flow, funding, and debt obligations
• Monitor financial planning and banking requirements
F. Real Estate & Redevelopment Accounting
• Handle WIP (Work in Progress) accounting & project costing
• Track redevelopment project expenses
• Support tendering, Development Agreements (DA), and financial processes
• Ensure compliance with RERA-related financial documentation
G. Documentation & Record Keeping
• Maintain records of invoices, agreements, RERA documents
• Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and properly filed
H. Internal Coordination & Team Handling
• Supervise junior team members and verify their accounting entr
