QA Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be working on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web and mobile applications across multiple browsers, platforms, devices, and screen sizes.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases covering functional, regression, performance, stress, and compatibility testing.
- Perform cross browser and cross platform testing to ensure consistent application behavior across environments.
- Conduct multi-device and multi-screen testing to validate responsiveness and usability across form factors.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects, including broken links, UI inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks, through to resolution.
- Perform stress and performance testing to evaluate application behavior under load and identify potential breaking points.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test plans and test cases.




- You are a detail-oriented and quality-driven professional who takes ownership of the testing process and continuously looks to improve it.
- Mentor junior QA team members and review their test cases and reports.

Desired Skills & Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on manual testing.
- Hands-on experience in manual testing of both web and mobile applications.
- Proficient in cross browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.) and cross platform testing (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
- Experience with performance testing and stress testing to assess application stability and responsiveness under varying loads.
- Skilled in broken link testing and general functional/UI validation.
- Experience with multi-device and multi-screen testing to ensure consistent user experience across resolutions and form factors.
- Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle (STLC), test case design, and defect management/tracking tools (e.g., JI
