Job Summary
Responsible for defining and executing the global strategy for the software engineering toolchain that supports development teams across the company. This role is to ensure that our shared supporting tools are modern, reliable, and optimized for productivity at scale.
As a partner to R&D; and Engineering Managers,



the Toolchain 0- Lead Engineer combines strong technical expertise with a product ownership mindset to identify needs, set priorities, and deliver high‑impact improvements. The role drives the end‑to‑end roadmap for tools used in planning, coding, testing, building, securing, and deploying software, ensuring a seamless and consistent developer experience across teams and regions.
The ideal candidate is a tech‑savvy problem solver with a passion for software engineering excellence. They thrive in a global environment, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and elevate engineering capabilities by enabling teams to build high‑quality software faster and more efficiently.
