Position Overview: Talent Pulse is one of our most strategic and high-value products, designed to transform talent insights and workforce planning for our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Pulse Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Pulse Specialist at Naukri.com, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring our client's success by driving adoption through offline/online training, fostering robust relationships, and providing strategic guidance to maximize the value

• Trusted advisor to our clients, helping them achieve their hiring goals and optimize their recruitment strategies

Key Responsibilities:





Client Engagement & Relationship Building

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, including CHROs, HR leaders, and top management.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them leverage Talent Pulse for strategic workforce planning and talent insights.

• Book and Conduct face-to-face and virtual training sessions to ensure clients are fully equipped to utilize the platform effectively.

• Core KPIs like Conversion: Increase awareness by providing detailed training to 90% of the clients, Increase product adoption, product retention and handle client concerns appropriately

Product Adoption & Success:

• Drive Talent Pulse adoption across client organizations by demonstrating value and aligning the product with their business objectives.

• Monitor usage metrics, conduct regular check-ins, and share actionable insights to enhance client satisf
