As a Principal Solution Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale virtualization and cloud infrastructure solutions. This senior technical leadership role combines hands-on architecture expertise with project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team mentorship to help organizations accelerate their cloud transformation initiatives. Working closely with architects, consultants, and business leaders, you will deliver scalable, resilient, and automated infrastructure solutions while driving technical excellence across complex enterprise environments. You will also contribute to solution innovation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing, making a lasting impact on both customer success and engineering best practices. Accountabilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments across large-scale customer engagements.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for assigned projects, ensuring high-quality implementation, successful execution, and alignment with business objectives.
- Deploy, configure, and manage VMware Cloud Foundation components, including vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, SDDC Manager, and Aria Suite.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and technical teams to define solution architectures and guide implementation strategies.
- Drive lifecycle management activities, including upgrades, patching, performance optimization, and ongoing operational improvements.
- Design and implement infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using technologies such as PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible,
