Job Description
Responsibilities :

Lead onboarding and account management operations, ensuring smooth customer transitions and high satisfaction during initial engagement.

Manage team capacity and daily workflows to meet SLAs and deliver consistent service across onboarding and account support functions.

Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in customer experience, process efficiency, and issue resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding processes and enhance account management protocols.

Oversee quality assurance across customer interactions, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory guidel
