We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Resident Construction Manager (Mechanical) to lead in office execution of industrial / manufacturing projects.



The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end construction management of mechanical and MEP works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The role requires strong expertise in mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, utilities, firefighting) along with the ability to coordinate across Civil, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines. The individual will act as the single-point site lead, managing contractors, stakeholders, and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management
- Lead and manage day-to-day construction activities at site for mechanical and MEP works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Supervise installation of HVAC systems, utility piping systems, firefighting systems and mechanical equipment (chillers, AHUs, compressors, pumps, etc.)
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination with civil, electrical, and instrum
