Role Purpose
The Head of Digital, Supply Chain and Product Technology will be crafting and delivering the digital and technology strategy that underpins supply chain operations and the end‑to‑end product lifecycle. The role sets the technology roadmap across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, fulfilment, and product creation and management.
This role ensures the supply chain and product ecosystem are resilient, data‑driven, automated, and digitally enabled, while product development and lifecycle processes are supported by modern platforms, strong integrations, and actionable insights. The role partners closely with R&D; Technology teams to identify and deploy emerging technologies, including AI,



across product development and deployment.

Key Accountabilities
Strategy & Digital Roadmap
- Define and lead a unified technology strategy across domains, aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Develop and maintain a multi‑year roadmap covering ERP and supply chain platforms, planning tools, logistics technologies, product lifecycle systems, control towers, and automation.
- Identify capability gaps and lead innovation across end‑to‑end supply chain and product lifecycles.
- Champion the use of AI and sophisticated digital solutions to improve service levels, efficiency, optimisation, and innovation.

Platform & Product Ownership
- Own technology platforms supporting supply chain and product lifecycle operations, including ERP, forecasting, replenishment, and lifecycle management systems.
- Partner with architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, cloud‑first, and interoperable solutions.
