Commissions Analyst

Role Summary

The Commissions Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, calculation, validation, and reporting of sales commission payments. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Payroll, HR, and Revenue Operations to ensure commission calculations are accurate, timely, compliant with compensation plans, and clearly communicated to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

and process commission payments in accordance with approved sales compensation plans and payout schedules.
- Review commissionable transactions, bookings, revenue, quota attainment, credits, adjustments, and exceptions to ensure accurate payouts.
- Research and resolve commission inquiries, disputes, and statement questions from sales representatives and sales leadership.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Payroll, HR, and Accounting to reconcile data and support timely commission processing.
- Maintain commission data, plan documents, participant eligibility, territory assignments, quota information, and crediting rules.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly commission reporting, variance analysis, accrual support, and payout summaries for business stakeholders.
