We are seeking a highly accomplished, detail-oriented, and driven Lead Accountant to lead and strengthen our accounting operations. This role demands a professional with solid technical expertise, exceptional analytical ability, and a proactive mindset to manage complex accounting processes across multiple entities.

and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Intercompany accounting.
- Manage and maintain Fixed Assets Register, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee accounting for prepaid expenses, advances to vendors, and ensure accurate amortization and tracking.
- Drive timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Perform and review bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Handle foreign exchange accounting, including revaluation and gain/loss recognition.
- Manage multi-entity accounting, ensuring consistency and accuracy across entities.
