The Position
Quality Control Executive

Job Summary
- Responsible for incoming, in process and finished good quality
- Ensures that the product manufactured comply with defined Quality norms




- Prepares experimental design samples by mixing test batches in laboratory.
- Contributes to the function in implementing Quality Control programs, assisting in preparing training manuals and quality guidelines.
- Releases materials by evaluating all results and visual inspection methods; determining status of non-shippable & shippable material.
- Maintains inventory of lab accessories; notifying manager as and when necessary
- Maintains secure and healthy work environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Record, analyse and report on the outcomes of quality inspections to the higher authorities.
- Full and prompt investigation of issues and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist in the completion of internal quality audits to ensure compliance with the company’s quality poli
