JD - Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Presales Engagement
* Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and craft winning
proposals
* Bring consulting and solution driven approach to wining deals in CX
solution area
* Drive discovery workshops to capture CX business objectives, pain points,
and success metrics

* Solution Architecture & Design
* Define high-level and detailed solution blueprints spanning CRM, Commerce,
ECM, Portals
* Rapidly prototype POCs and interactive demos showcasing solution value and
extensibility
* Tailor demos to client-specific scenarios using CX platform SDKs and
low-code tools

* Client Interfacing & Stakeholder Management
* Present architectures, roadmaps, and governance frameworks to executive
and technical stakeholders
* Lead alignment sessions to ensure solution components meet business,
security, and compliance requirements
* Able to work independently with customer stakeholders - Business Process
Owners/ SMEs/ Process Sponsors/ IT Leaders

* Solution Delivery Guidance
* Partner with development and delivery teams to validate design, review
code, and enforce best practices
