Enterprise Vendor Management group responsible for:

The Enterprise Vendor Management team supports strategic initiatives and firm-wide objectives through the global management of labor and non-labor vendors for the purpose of delivering high quality vendor products and services to grow our investment management business, while optimizing the total cost of ownership.

How will you add value?





Core Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted partner for business units to advise on strategy, planning, and rationalization. EVM (Enterprise vendor management) team will own issue escalation, contracts management, Sourcing and negotiations.
- Establish strong relationships with vendors to understand their offerings, strengths, and weaknesses to maximize value to business.
- Maintain knowledge of new and existing vendor products, emerging trends, and an understanding of how vendor’s products are used across the firm.
- Lead vendor sourcing events (RFX Process – Request for Information (RFI) , Request for Proposal (RFP) & Request for Quotation (RFQ), selection of vendor, negotiation process, P2P process and the ongoing management of vendor partnerships.
- Research and establish contract negotiation strategies with business partners to achieve highest value.
