Your key Responsibilities:

- Demand & Supply Ownership

Own the end-to-end Demand & Supply balance for the assigned scope by ensuring accurate demand plans, feasible supply alignment, proactive risk identification, and delivery of agreed service, inventory, and performance targets.
- S&OP; / Integrated Business Planning

Lead the S&OP; (IBP) process for the assigned scope by ensuring high-quality inputs, driving cross-functional alignment, and enabling structured, timely decision-making with transparent accountability and execution follow-through.
