Role Summary
Equinix is seeking a Senior Staff DevSecOps Platform Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of secure, scalable, and intelligent DevSecOps platform capabilities within the Engineering Excellence (E3) organization.
This role will drive enterprise-scale CI/CD modernization, platform engineering initiatives, security automation, and AI-enabled operational workflows supporting multiple engineering organizations across Equinix.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in platform engineering, cloud-native DevSecOps,



secure software delivery, and AI-assisted automation while operating independently across large-scale technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
Platform Engineering & CI/CD
- Architect, build, and scale enterprise CI/CD platform capabilities and reusable workflow frameworks.
- Drive modernization of software delivery and platform engineering practices across engineering organizations.
- Design Infrastructure as Code standards and cloud-native deployment patterns.
- Support Kubernetes-based application platforms and distributed systems environments.
- Partner with engineering teams to standardize secure and scalable DevSecOps practices.

Security & Governance
- Lead implementation of Secure SDLC, shift-left security, and policy-as-code frameworks.
- Integrate SAST, DAST, and SCA security tooling into software delivery pipelines.
- Drive automation for vulnerability management, secrets management, and co
