Job Description

At Syngenta, our goal is to build the most collaborative and trustworthy team in agriculture, providing top-quality seeds and innovative crop protection solutions that improve farmers' success. To support this mission, we're looking for a Senior Manager to lead multiple I2P functional teams from our Pune Centre - someone who thrives at the intersection of operational excellence and strategic transformation.



You'll own end-to-end delivery across Invoice Processing, Payments, AP Helpdesk, Vendor Master Data, and Travel & Expense, while coaching people leaders and driving measurable process improvements. Reporting to the I2P Global Operations Lead, this role carries high visibility and a clear development pathway into global leadership.
This is a player-coach position with direct ownership of multiple process streams, active involvement in digital transformation projects, and real influence on how scalable I2P delivery is built. You'll work closely with the I2P Global Operations Lead and Leadership Team, shaping team culture and operating models - with a transparent path to grow into global operations leadership.
