As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and leading the product strategy for AI-driven user interactions, strategically integrating advanced capabilities within an evolving technological landscape. Leverage large language models (LLMs) to advance generative AI technologies, partner with cross-functional teams to navigate products through the entire lifecycle, bridging the technical and business domains.

Position Responsibilities
- Directly lead, develop, and coach a team of UX/UI/and Business Analysts, setting clear performance expectations, KPIs, and career development plans. Consistently hold 1:1’s and track performance across the product management team to ensure that organizational goals are met within the specified dates.




- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Google Operations user quality ranking systems.
- Establish product requirements and author comprehensive specifications, partnering with engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality features and solutions.
- Conceptualize and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with business and operations users to drive the successful launch of new products.
- Optimize the activation funnel by leveraging data and user research to eliminate friction and accelerate time-to-value.
- Improve recent user experience through discovery and promotion of core, differentiated features.
- Analyze key performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to evaluate product health and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Define key metrics for measuring ranking quality, relevance, and user impact. Design and build test strategy and other experiments to evaluate changes and make data-driven decisions.
