Job Description

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our global team and support IQ-EQ’s Data Strategy and Transformation journey. In this role, you will design,



enhance, and maintain our Data Platform, enabling efficient data management, scalable data pipelines, and valuable business insights that drive growth and innovation.

What you'll do
- You’ll design, create, and maintain optimal data pipeline architectures, managing datasets within data catalogues and assembling data that meets both functional and non‑functional business requirements.
- You’ll develop and optimise data flows connecting operational systems with analytics and BI platforms, writing and maintaining high‑quality ETL scripts and documenting source‑to‑target mappings.
- You’ll drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, automating manual tasks, optimising data delivery, and redesigning infrastructure for scalability and performance.
