Job Title: Associate Director - Delivery (HCC)

Job Summary:
The Associate Director - Delivery is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery process for projects and services within the organization. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Associate Director will work closely with senior leadership to develop delivery strategies, manage teams, and drive successful outcomes across various delivery functions. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a keen focus on client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement delivery strategies that align with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, ensuring high-quality results.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and define key delivery metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Project Management & Execution:




- Oversee the full delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
- Ensure that projects are executed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues that arise during project execution, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning for successful project completion.
- Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of delivery managers, project managers, and other delivery staff.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the delivery team.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure that team members have the tools and training they need to succeed.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
