As part of our mission to build cutting-edge mixed-signal systems, we are seeking a skilled Hardware Lab Technician to own the hands-on assembly, test, and validation of performance-critical, production-grade BCI hardware. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in PCB assembly, lab instrumentation, and hardware bring-up, who thrives at the intersection of precision electronics, bioelectronic sensing, and real-world signal integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, solder, and rework printed circuit boards (PCBs) for BCI prototypes and pre-production units, including fine-pitch and surface-mount components.
- Set up, operate, and maintain lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, impedance analyzers, and EEG/EMG test fixtures.
- Execute hardware test plans, record results, and perform root-cause analysis on failures, documenting findings in lab notebooks and tracking systems.
- Calibrate BCI sensor arrays and electrode systems, ensuring signal fidelity and compliance with internal performance specifications.

- Collaborate with electrical and firmware engineers on bring-up, debugging, and validation of new board revisions and sensor modules.
- Manage inventory of lab components, consumables, and equipment; maintain calibration schedules and service records.
- Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing test fixtures and jigs for pilot production runs.
- Support environmental and reliability testing (thermal cycling, ESD, drop, vibration) and help interpret results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-secure lab environment in compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Contribute to process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field; equivalent military or hands-on experience accepted.
- 3–5 years of hands-on
