About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Staff Full-Stack Web Engineer (5+ years) to join our dynamic and innovative Web Team. You will lead the design and delivery of a current web application infrastructure built for high availability, scalability, and performance.



This is a technical leadership role — you will own architecture decisions, drive engineering excellence, mentor peers, and deliver across the full stack from React frontends to Python/Node.js microservices on AWS. Hands-on development, code quality, and a test-driven mindset are central to this role.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build and maintain robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices, and distributed systems that support large-scale applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical solutions, architecture standards, and software development best practices.
- Develop cloud-native applications and integrations using AWS and/or GCP services.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools and support the integration of AI/LLM capabilities into web products.
