Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Domain Principal to help set up and scale HRO practices for clients, enabling domain transformation and operational excellence across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the setup of end-to-end HRO operations (Hire to Retire) for current clients.

Act as a trusted domain partner during transitions and stabilization.

Work with delivery teams to institutionalize best practices across Payroll, Benefits, Employee Lifecycle, and HR shared services.

Collaborate with clients to drive HR transformation initiatives.

Bring thought leadership on process improvement, compliance, and automation in HR delivery.

Partner with solutioning and transition teams to define the delivery model.

Represent Infosys BPM in client governance and transformation steering committees.

Key Skills & Requirements

-
15+ years of experience in HR Operations / HRO / Shared Services Delivery.

Deep understanding of Hire to Retire processes and industry benchmarks.

-
Proven experience in setting up HRO practices from scratch for large clients.

Strong customer management, governance, and operational leadership skills.

Exposure to HR technologies (SAP/Workday/Oracle/PeopleSoft).

Strong communication, team-building, and domain consulting skills.

MBA preferred; HR certifications desirable.
