Key Responsibilities
- Media & PR Management: Drive proactive corporate PR campaigns and generate media coverage in financial and business publications to elevate the brand's profile.
- Thought Leadership & Profiling: Identify speaking opportunities and craft corporate narratives that position the company's senior management as industry experts.
- Risk Management: Develop and execute issues-management strategies to mitigate corporate reputational risk during unforeseen events.
- Campaign & Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of external marketing materials, press releases, and digital assets to support different lines of business.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with brokers, clients, and industry regulators to ensure consistency in messaging across all consumer and B2B touchpoints.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MBA in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Public Relations preferred.
- Experience: 10–15 years of progressive experience in corporate communications and public relations, ideally within the financial services or insurance sector.
- Skills: Robust crisis management abilities, excellent networking capabilities, and impeccable written and verbal communication
