Job Title: System Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled, strategic Systems Administrator to take ownership of our core IT infrastructure and serve as the highest level of technical escalation for our India-based team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the architecture, deployment, maintenance, and security of our server, network, and cloud environments. Moving beyond day-to-day helpdesk tickets,



you will leverage advanced IT automation tools to engineer zero-touch deployments and streamlined infrastructure. We are looking for an autonomous problem-solver who possesses top-notch communication skills, elite critical-thinking abilities for complex system outages, and a dedication to building scalable IT frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Ownership & Escalation: Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues. Own the health, uptime, and performance of local and cloud-based servers, networks, and enterprise applications.
- Advanced IT Automation & Scripting: Engineer and manage Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms (e.g., ConnectWise Automate). Write and maintain advanced scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate system deployments, security patching, and infrastructure maintenance.
